I carefully read Derek Molloy’s post on analog/digital conversion with MCP3008 (Microchip) through BeagleBone Black SPI bus.
But for my task is best suited ADC LTC1290 (Linear Technology) and in the datasheet to it say about Texas Instruments Hardware Serial Interfaces
Compatible with the LTC1290:
TMS7002 Serial Port
TMS7042 Serial Port
TMS70C02 Serial Port
TMS70C42 Serial Port
TMS32011* Serial Port
TMS32020 Serial Port
TMS370C050 SPI
Сan one say on the basis of this that that the LTC1290 is suitable for analog/digital conversion through BeagleBone Black SPI bus?
