ADC shutting down due to noise

I have a beagle bone black in a steel box with all shielded sensor wires. Next to it is a VFD driving a motor. When the VFD is off everything works like a charm. When the VFD runs the ADC shuts down after a couple minutes.

The script starts shooting out errors about AIN file locked.

Any suggestions for isolating that noise? Im thinking ferrite chokes.

Also has anyone else ran into this?

I’ve not seen the problem with a BB, but have you taken a look at your grounding arrangement? How big is that motor?

What are you referring to with grounding arrangement? Everything is grounded back to the main panel with a 6ga grounding wire. The motor is a 3hp motor but its usually running at 35%.
