Android on BeagleBoard

Hi,

I am trying to bootup the beagleboard rev C4 with Android 2.2 (Froyo).

Source Code Base : http://code.google.com/p/rowboat/wiki/Source?tm=4

The SD card is partitioned into 2 : FAT and EXT3

Contents of FAT Partition : uImage, boot.scr, MLO, u-boot.bin and x-load.bin.ift
Contents of EXT3 partition: Root Filesysystem

Now I am facing seriuos issue in booting the kernel.

Everytime i get this :

EXT3 FS on mmcblk0p2, internal journal
EXT3-fs: recovery complete.
EXT3-fs: mounted filesystem with ordered data mode.
VFS: Mounted root (ext3 filesystem) on device 179:2.
Freeing init memory: 144K
Warning: unable to open an initial console.
Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!

uBoot params:

setenv bootargs console=ttyS2,115200n8 noinitrd root=/dev/mmcblk0p2 video=omapfb.mode=dvi:1280x720MR-24@50 init=/init rootfstype=ext3 rw rootdelay=1 nohz=off androidboot.console=ttyS2

If someone has faced the same issue pls do let me know …

Finally minicom logs:
