Angstrom not booting Rev C4

Hi all,

I am trying to boot Angstrom using the files from the link :
http://www.angstrom-distribution.org/demo/beagleboard/

In SD card (8GB) partition 1 is FAT16 (50 MB) with the files in
following order: MLO, u-boot.bin, x-load.bin.ift, uImage (for 2.6.29)
and boot.scr
SD card partition is ext3 with Angstrom kernel 2.6.29 and
modules-2.6.29-r47-beagleboard.tgz untarred.....

Now at the time when the kernel is loaded, the serial port displays
the following message and freezes forever:

I request you guys to help me out please.........

Thanks,
Ramasamy Gopalan.

Please try to put ramdisk.gz. But unfortunately, I never see any
message from RS232 although RS232 cable is tested OK in loop.
My DVI-D monitor is always blank, but after USR0 and USR1 go off, then
USR0 begins blinking, serial port messages appear on DVI-D monitor.
