The pointer in another thread got me to thinking about cheap LCD panels, and at $45 this is the cheapest single-unit panel I have seen.
What other parts would I need to connect this to a BeagleBoard?

You would need an adapter to convert the signals to drive the display, power the backlight, and provide the LCD voltage rails.
