Audio expansion header: how to physically connect with it?

Has anyone actually used the 4-pin audio expansion header (McBSP2) on the xM? This seems like a silly question, but: how do you actually connect wires to it?

Breadboard wire is too thick, and all 0.05" connectors I’ve found have too many pins. Has anyone found a suitable connector / cable?

(btw, I asked about this a few months ago and got no answer, probably because I asked too verbosely.)

Use thinner wire (e.g. kynar would be great). If you want to use a connector, just break off a 2x2 piece.
