To experiment for a BeagleBoard installed in a remote location without
wired Internet, I have connected an UMTS USB stick to the Beagleboard.
The stick is recognized by the USB system. But unfortunately as memory/
CD device and not as a modem... This is a known feature of such
devices which have a flip-flop USB mode.
There appears to be a tool for Linux to handle this:
But I can't find it in 'opkg search' of the latest demo image. Is
there a feed that I can add to opkg where it is already in? Or does
someone have compiled a binary?
