STL format is common enough so chances are that your tool will beable
to import it. Otherwise, maybe openscad can export some other formats,
but I do not know anything about openscad.

of Beagleboard:

i can vouch for special comp's plastic cases, i have one each for a
beagleboard xm, pandaboard es, and beaglebone. my *only* beef with
the beagleboard case is that it could use more slots to get at the
headers that aren't on the beagle classic. other than that, big fan.
