Just sharing my NVME SSD test with AI-64 - looks good to me, 818 MB/s read and 737 MB/s write based on XFCE Disk Utility Benchmark test. This is done with x1 lane interface, and it will be good (wise) to test the same with x2 lane interface turned on to see if it does (will) make any difference.

It is, works very well with NVMe. Some place on this forum RCN has posted how to do a hybrid boot sequence and copy your OS onto the NVMe since uboot will not boot nvme. That also works very well.
