I have a beaglebone ai-64, and i just edit the /boot/firmware/extlinux/extlinux.conf file
“APPEND root=PARTUUID=blkid | grep mmcblk
rw rootwait quiet name_overlays=k3-j721e-sk-rpi-cam-imx219.dtbo”
And after the restart, it’s not detecting it on my PC, so I will change the OS in EMMC by using an SD card by following some YouTube videos. But since now it’s not detected on my PC.
As a request to all the members, kindly help me out of this.
This was used in TI yocto directions. Encase your combing two different instructions, please report what os release (file name) you are trying to run.
Okay, well i’m not sure why you did root=PARTUUID=blkid | grep mmcblk and name_overlays=k3-j721e-sk-rpi-cam-imx219.dtbo neither of those will work…
Just reflash, you’ve messed up the default extlinux.conf…
if you want to edit it, look at the file and enable/tweak it based on sections commened out…
