I‘ve tried to boot my AI-64 with IoT images from sd. The latest one I‘ve tried was bbai64-debian-13.7-iot-v6.18-k3-arm64-2026-09-15-8gb.img.xz but also earlier ones have failed. Using the balenaEtcher to create the bootable sd, fails at the end of the verify process. Using the BeagleBoard Imaging Utility doesn‘t fail but the resulting sd is not bootable. Using exactly the same process but with XFCE instead of IoT works fine. I would expect, that something is wrong with the IoT Images, also with earlier versions. Have just one version back tried, with the same result.
I’m working on an update today, the iot images ran out of space and my ci didn’t detect it before upload..
edit..
and pushed out… refresh bb-imager-rs, it should have files from 2026-09-20 the iot ext4 partition should be correct now..
