eMMC and HDMI are disabled in uEnv.txt, AUDIO-cape is
enabled:
optargs=quiet drm.debug=7 capemgr.disable_partno=BB-BONELT-HDMI,BB-BONELT-HDMIN,BB-BONE-EMMC-2G capemgr.enable_partno=BB-BONE-AUDI-01
To verify this:

The kernel is compiled with the defconfig, the kernel tree is updated
this morning.

it is stated, that it will work, if HDMI and eMMC are
disabled and a patch is applied to the davinci-code ...
Where does the pin clash came from...any other cape -- real or virtual
-- has been switched off.
Any help is very appreciated...
