[BBB] How to run UART PRU on the newest image

Hey,

I tried to follow the PRU-Cookbook documentation to run the UART on BBB but I encountered multiple problems along the way.

I made a tutorial on how to run the UART PRU on the BeagleBone 6.17.5-bone14 image which comes without config-pin utility. I hope it will be of use to anybody.
