We designed a companion board to work with beaglebone with a few new features addon: Beada Frame(known as support for 7" TFT LCD, resistive touch screen), nand flash, Audio in/out, DB9 serial port, user buttons, PWM buzzer, RTC, etc. Please visit our forum for pictures. We will provide more technical details in coming days.
This is the second time someone on this lists does the tarball-on-ftp thing on this mailinglist. That stopped being acceptable around 1999.
This method usually indicates a few things:
1) your hardware will never be supported in the official releases
2) your hardware will never receive updated software
3) we get to deal with the "I bought this piece of hardware and it doesn't work" fallout.
Thanks for your comments and sharing us with your ideas for source code distribution methods.
Definately we will setup a public souce repostories for this companion board, but we should not say that we can only have technical support til then. Actually we are very interested in Open Embedded and BitBake stuff but just need a bit more time to get familiar with. Currently all software stuff we were working on are all based on TI Release. Usually TI distributes their souce code in a dedicated software package on their website. I knew they had their own git repositories somewhere either on Gitorious or Github but most engineers usually retrieve the whole package from their web site once a time.
Hopefully this discussion does not deviate the community here.

Hello
i would like to ask you about beadaframe-beaglebone. I correctly installed Android JB OS on BeagleBone Black according to recipe. I connected BBB and Beaglebone companion board(NBD02) with LCD touchscreen. But LCD touchscreen displayed nothing. What should I need to install additional anythings(such as setup, driver) to display screen. I do not know what should I do. Please can you tell me what I have to do? reply me as soon as possible

The software drivers for NBD02 was included in a pre-built kernel image on our ftp. You need replace this file with the one on your Android JB SD card.
