Beagle Board as audio recorder

Hi

I think of using Beagle Board as (part of) a portable audio recorder and so I am interested in the audio qualities of the board. All I could find out is that the TWL4030's max. sampling rate is 96 kHz . What's the resolution of the codec? Did anyone here measure THD and S/N ratio of the audio chain?

Thanks!

Peter

The board setup is not for highest-possible quality audio, so
performing exact measurements hasn't been a top priority. You can
find the general answers to your query in the manual:
http://www.beagleboard.org/uploads/Beagle_HRM_B4.pdf (THD: -80dB).

For higher quality audio, it is recommended that you use a USB
adapter, such as http://www.cryo-parts.com/pclink.html or
