in BBB rev C connect mini usb power supply with 1A 5V Li-Ion battery but it not work device is power up but when i start camera it is hang device
what is problem i dont know

Off-hand -- one can only expect a live USB port to pass 500mA max.
Ports working with more are either non-standard or meant to be used as
charging ports when data flow is disabled.
You might have better luck fitting a barrel connector to the battery
and using the dedicated power jack on the BBB.
