beagleboard fails to read SD card

Hi,

I have a working beagleboard XM+SD card, just received it.
I have another beagleboard XM which was not working, I thought it was
the SD card, but the same card that works on one board fails on the
other one (tried this repeatedly), so I think there's some hardware
problem.

The broken one says two type of things:
1.
  Texas Instruments X-Loader 1.5.0 (Mar 27 2011 - 17:37:56)
  Beagle xM
  Reading boot sector
  Invalid FAT entry
  Loading u-boot.bin from mmc

should I file an RMS?

Thanks.

Rodrigo.

I had same issues on C4 board.
Looks like card slots are low quality.
You should try to clean up slot and the card contacts.
Also, make sure there is adequate power supply for the board.
