I know of no such entity as the Starterware team does not appear to want to support the BeagleBone Black. I suggest you ask TI.

gel files poke Mem controller register values to init DDR. if you know what the differences are between the Bone & BBB if its just ram size and the timing values didnt change try port the gel file it address=value where value you read the TRM and data sheet
