[beagleboard] How much would Beaglebone cost if you made 1000 clones?

I would guess around $150 assuming you buy everything yourself and build it yourself. This includes the NRE for the PCBs and the stencils, machine programming, testing, etc. Contact me direct, and I may have an alternative for you.
