[beagleboard] NAND Flash & RAM

Dear All friends,

Can i know that beagle board has how many NAND Flash and RAM in its circuitry?

I have schematic of that i can’t find out that.

Beagle has 256MB NAND and 256MB of DDR. It is described in the System Reference Manual. It is a POP device that sits on top of the processor so there is no circuitry on the board required to support it and so there is no information refelcted on the schematic… It just solders on top. This is also described in the System Reference Manual and there is a Bill of Material that gives the part number of the part from Micron.
