BeagleBoard - RNDIS kernel panic

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to setup a USB ethernet gadget using a BeagleBoard. As
soon as i insert the USB cable from (Mini-AB connector - USB OTG)
Beagleboard to my Windows XP Dell laptop (Lattitude E6410), i am
facing a kernel panic message.

I am running Linux Kernel 2.6.30.
Dell Lattitude E6410 with Windows XP SP2

The issue is 90% reproducible. I also tried on other windows xp
machine, sometimes i am able to reproduce the issue. I have attached
the panic message below..

I belive some of you might have faced similar issue. Could anone
please advise?

Thanks in advance.

I recommend you try kernel version 2.6.33. I found that to be the most
stable with Windows machines in regards to USBNet (g_ether).
