[beagleboard] Ubuntu SGX support shell script(build_sgx_modules.sh) modification

While running the ‘build_sgx_modules.sh’ according to the instruction in http://elinux.org/BeagleBoardUbuntu#SGX_Video_Acceleration , I found that the OMAP35x_Graphics_SDK_setuplinux_3_01_00_02.bin file was not running. It took me some time to figure out that I need to install ia32-libs to run the bin file on my x86_64 machine.

So, I modified the script and confirmed that it works fine. Please review the patch attached and tell me what you think.
