BeagleBoard verification

I got the orange screen but in the reference manual it is said that
this message will be displayed on the terminal window

Texas Instruments X-Loader 1.4.2 (Feb 19 2009 - 12:01:24)
Loading u-boot.bin from nand
U-Boot 2009.01-dirty (Feb 19 2009 - 12:22:31)

If you get the orange screen, then the board is booting. The terminal window is the one that is running on the PC that has the serial cable connected from the PC to the serial port on the board. f you do not get the serial output on your PC, then I suggest you check your cable configuration and make sure it is correct. You can read Chapter 13 of the System Reference Manual for a step by step process to make sure you have the correct cable configuration.
