since i will finally have time to plug in my recently-received BB XM
this weekend, i want to take a crack at downloading, building,
installing and running the latest (dev) build of android. anyone
already done that so i can leach off of their experience?

The XM is almost entirely software compatible with the regular
Beagle. Up to date x-load, u-boot, and kernel is all you need.
Right now I think the top priority should be to find and fix the cause
of the memory corruption we're seeing. Get on IRC for details.
