beagleboard with camera...

hello every one,
       my project is about one of the applications of DLP(Digital
Light Processing).i.e to produce structured light patterns using
beagle board&dlp projector.After that i have to capture these patterns
by projecting them on to an object with a camera..but i don't know how
to interface a camera with the beagle board..Is there any drivers
required to interface it with the Beagle board..
       Can anyone help me out from this problem.?.

If you are using some Linux distribution and your camera were V4L2 compliant you can access your device from user space as a “dev” node (ex.: /dev/video0)
