BeagleboardXM Main expansion Header connector / mate cable / pins

Does anyone know how I would go about figure how to find the proper
connector to connect to the main expansion header in order:

1. To connect a ribbon/twisted pairs cable

2. To expose the pings to connect individual wires to.
