BEAGLEBONE AI-64 - some units boot looping

Hello,

Im currently facing a strange problem with some units.
i have a bunch of units runing the same software, so i use the cloning procedure for installing the OS + Dependencies and software. The Kernel im using is: 5.10.168-ti-arm64-r108.

Units that are failling are from the batch: 202304. Strange thing is that they initially work well, even after some reboots. But eventually (they are online) the units brick into the booting loop where they require the user password. even if im fast enought to type it, it doesnt continue, just repeat the booting loop.

Any ideas or suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Use gtkterm and log the entire boot sequence using the debug port. That will give you some insite into what is going on.
