I have the same problem as jonh, but for me I log on the
presentation and the cloud9, but never on GateOne ...
The USB driver (Windows version) seems to be not completely
installed ...
And I have the same results with a linux session (PC)

When you manage to load the cloud 9 IDE, are you presented with the files in the /var/lib/cloud9/ directory with all 3 images?
