Hello i am working with the beaglebone black and i am currently working with debian 10 and kernel version 4.19.94-ti-r42. I wanted to start using the xenomai 3 kernel patch so i switched to a kernel version of 4.4.176 and used the same xenomai patch version. I successfully built the new xenomai kernel which is now called 4.4.176-xenomai-3.0.5. After installing the xenomai kernel and restarting the board, the boot messages show an attempt to try to boot off the sd card and use the new xenomai kernel but then it seems to fail with “Invalid partition” messages and then the board boots off of the emmc and uses the 4.19.94-ti-r42 kernel. I have shown the boot messages below:
