Iv had my beaglebone rev a5a for a few weeks now and it’s been working perfectly fine. I recently bought a new sd card and mounted the most recent version of angstrom as I bought an LCD 3 cape and it wasn’t supported with my current version. I then powered up my bone with a 5v 2.5A power adapter and the LCD screen loaded up the angstrom login page. However the system then powered down, and started up again, and did this constantly. So I removed the cape and power adapter and tested just the USB adapter, and it didn’t even power up my board (although upon test with a multimeter around 5V was enetering the board). I then tried just the power adapter and it just constantly turns on, begins to boot and then switches off. Has anyone had a similar problem or know what my problem is?
