Yeap, RNDIS drivers..

From usb serial in windows… Open /etc/default/bb-boot and disable:

USB_RNDIS_DISABLED=yes → #USB_RNDIS_DISABLED=yes

then reboot..

been hacking on other things, i will probally revert that default so RNDIS/NCM is enabled for another year..
