I went to purchase Beaglebone Industrial SBC and noticed they aren’t in stock. Is there a plan to continue production of the Beaglebone Industrial or am I left with just the Black version now? I’m trying to make some roadmap R&D decisions.
Wondering the same thing. What’s up with this?
I checked your UK link.
“out of stock 492 unit(s) available from 11 August 2026”
As much as I like a good argument, I think we’d all be better off asking the man in the know, so:
@jkridner: Would you please enlighten us?
Seems to me, you’re the only one capable of putting out this digital wildfire…
This little global thing called AI is taking all DDR4/DDR5 production, getting DDR3 is a littler harder at the moment..
The Kingston DDR3L IC was end of life and last time buy back in 2020, but I was able to find plenty of DDR3 memory. Might need to switch out the Kingston for an Alliance? Whatever the issue is with DDR3 and lack of beaglebone industrials, I hope it gets sorted out. Lead times are saying sometime in August.
If you really look, you would find that Digikey still list those for purchase and they say on the site that those are 11 Weeks out for delivery from MFGR. Price in the area of $92.00 US.
In-Stock: 0
There are more being made. We are trying not to adjust prices more than once a quarter right now. Demand is very high and we are still making them. Kingston has been very good at making sure we get a good allocation of memory every month.
