Hello,
Is it a fact that with newer images for the BeagleV-Ahead I will need a FTDI cable or something similar for signing in to the serial terminal instead of ssh?
Seth
Please state your source of this fact…
Regards,
I just saw another article. I will test this one too.
Seth
‘newer’ vs ‘older’ nothing has changed for the BeagleV-Ahead… You stated it’s a fact with newer images that things changed… Nothing has changed, the same requirements on launch day exist today…
Please don’t mislead users with mis-written ‘facts’…
Regards,
How do I sign in to the BeagleV-Ahead?
ssh?
or…
Some other way?
Seth
Use the serial port: Quick Start — BeagleBoard Documentation
Once you Configure WiFi or Ethernet you can also use that to ssh in.
Regards,
You got it, hub bub.
Seth
P.S. Thank you again.
