Hello - Acquiring recently beagle v-fire, no updating of software as Ubuntu Lunar has reached end of life at January 25 2024. Changing /etc/apt/sources.list to focal does the trick being 20.4 LTS with EOL in 2032. Not everything works as bb.io-gateware is no longer accessible. We have Polarfire-SOC Icicle kit configuration with no link at Microchip for Beagle board. Simple question : why wait so long to access an update of software.
Open source is interesting but no reason to kick out interesting licensed products, Libero is free, JTAG programming tool is cheap. I use Intel Altera FPGA kit with Cyclone 10 LP, also on Arduino platform. Nvidia Jetson is fun …
You have to update the beagle repo too…
