BeagleY-AI CPU part number?

I’m trying to cough up the datasheets and documentation and the nominal number “XJ722S5A” (from the BOM) doesn’t seem to cough up very much (one single hit in the AM67x Processors datasheet and absolutely nothing else). Presumably, TI changed the number after official release.

Does anybody know what the new official number is?

Thanks.

That gives me the data on an orderable part number how, exactly?

I would imagine it is XAM6754AKGHIAMW as according the the TI website, if you check the AM67 and then click on the ordering and quantity, they only list the single part.

If you download the AM67x Processors datasheet (Rev. A) datasheet on page 3 they list 5 different variants, the top one being XJ722S5A. Cant find any other references to this. They all appear to be identical physically.

Given the main description for the AM67 says -

Up to Quad 64-bit Arm® Cortex®-A53
microprocessor subsystem at up to 1.4GHz

I assume the other parts are for different numbers of cores and maybe speeds, to be released at a later date,

It is buried in the TRM. You will have to hunt for like I did in order find out the exact configuration.

It appears that these are all sitting in pre-production right now.

It looks like I’ll have to poke a TI rep directly.

Thanks.
