My BeagleY-AI is not responding after connecting it to my computer. SSH connection is also failing.

It has uart built in!
Try tio /dev/ttyACM0 or whatever pops up on your Linux distro under /dev/.
When you say “connecting it to my computer”, you mean connecting your computer to the USB Type-C port that also provides BeagleY-AI with power? If you could check the USB devices that show up on your computer, including the virtual serial port, that’d help.
Using a Pi Debug Probe might be an easier way to see what is going on. The logs from that would be the most informative.
Connecting a monitor, keyboard and mouse might also let us know something about what is going on.
What distro image are you running?
