Hi All,
Recently we purchased BeagleY-AI board. i am facing problem with downloading application to install.. below is the link which we are following up,

In this its mentioned that we have to use utility BeagleBoard Imaging Utility - BeagleBoard
but we are not able to install and open this application.
Please do the needful how to install the image into SD card and process further .
Download the newest image here and burn to a SD card.
Boot the card and install.
Procedure here.
i used beagley-ai-debian-12.5-xfce-arm64-2024-06-19-12gb.img.xz ditectly and .img after extracting..
i am using Windows 11 version and if i try to install bb-imager its getting installed but application is not running,..
later i tried to balena-etcher its not flashing succesufuly..
later i tried to use Rufus it got installed and tried to flash image flash was success but after flashing i am able to see only “BOOT” partition and used the same SD card and inserted in board and powered ON but no serial log is comming.. is there any other seetings or any i am missing…
is it a problem with flash tools like bb-imager,Balena-Etcher and Rufs? little bit confused over here…!!!

We are started to use BeagleBoneY-AI for our POC projects.. with default binary available i am able to run with default frequency at 1.4 GHz.. we observed that there is seperate engine for AI processing
Dual general-purpose C7x DSP with Matrix Multiply Accelerator (MMA) capable of 4 TOPs
we have to use this AI Engine we need i hope we need to enable in code etc., for this i am interested to use TISDK not sure i am in right directions.. please help me on this !!
