in test a error cause ereased eeprom and the boot not installing because eeprom is 0xffff…

Take a look at the official build script at https://github.com/RobertCNelson/omap-image-builder/blob/master/beagleboard.org_image.sh (https://github.com/beagleboard/image-builder). Note the bbb-blank-eeprom dtb option. Robert should be able to say where the source is at, but the binaries are pointed to by https://rcn-ee.net/deb/tools/latest/bootloader-ng as specific for BeagleBone Black (eeprom).
Where did you get these boards?
