Booting uImage-2.6.32-r88 on a BB rev. C2

Hi,

I finished building ti-demo-x11-image which has a 2.6.32-r88 kernel,
and I intend to boot it on a C2 beagleboard. I'd like to ask, do I
have to update the C2's u-boot on NAND before being able to do so?

If yes, would you please point me to the right instructions?
