booting with zippy

I have a BeagleBoard C2 and a BeagleBuddy Zippy Rev-A. I was able to
follow the instructions at http://elinux.org/BeagleBoardBeginners and
boot the BeagleBoard and have been playing with it for sometime. I
bought a zippy and followed the instructions at
http://elinux.org/BeagleBoard_Zippy changing the MLO u-boot uImage and
root file system
(http://elinux.org/BeagleBoard_Zippy#Copy_files_onto_the_BOOT_partition)
in order to support the zippy board. Now when I have the zippy
connected to the BB it will not boot. If I remove the zippy from the
BB it will boot.

Thanks Koen, I will give it a try but it almost doesn't seem like a
software issue. It seems like a hardware issue (if that is even
possible). If I unplug the USB cable and then plug it back in, it
will not boot. I have to first remove the zippy and then the light
turns on and I can boot. I can then plug the zippy in and reboot as
much as I want. It's just that first time when I plug the BB+Zippy
into my laptop that it will not boot. Seems strange to me.
