Can it run Minecraft (Full PC)?

Hi all. I really want to use this to replace my power hungry PC. I am buying 3 (2 for projects 1 for a PC replacement) and am wondering if it can run Minecraft (Full PC version).

I am guessing it can run in Ubuntu or another Linux OS. My issue is will it run any good? Would I be able to fully get rid of my PC?

Minecraft is not a BIG game and runs on many old PCs. From what I see I have hope that it can.

The BeagleBone Black doesn’t have the minimum required RAM to play Minecraft.

Bit of an update, signs point to Yes, it can run if you put a choke on the amount of RAM you need. It would involve a direct compile of the LWJGL for the bone, and replacing that with the version Minecraft draws from, so it would be, to say the least, involved.
