CANBUS CAPE PCB Design File

Hi Everyone

I am currently working the CANBUS CAPE to suit our design. The problem is the design file is in CADENCE Allegro format. I am currently using Altium Designer V13.3. It would not let me to import the file without CADENCE software installed. I will be so appreciated if you can save it in protel or other format, that can be loaded by Altium. Thanks very much

You need to ask the designer of the board, but I doubt very very much it is available in Altium.
