Cannot reach repository

Hi,

While installing dkms in buster I got this error:

Err:2 http://repos.rcn-ee.com/debian buster/main armhf linux-headers-3.8.13-xenomai-r86 armhf 1buster

Cannot initiate the connection to repos.rcn-ee.com:80 (2600:3c00::f03c:91ff:fe37:6ad5). - connect (101: Network is unreachable) Could not connect to repos.rcn-ee.com:80 (45.33.2.10), connection timed out

And sudo apt-get update sometimes gives:

Any solutions?

Other repos?

I now use:

deb http://deb.debian.org/debian buster main contrib non-free

deb-src http://deb.debian.org/debian buster main contrib non-free

deb http://deb.debian.org/debian buster-updates main contrib non-free

deb-src http://deb.debian.org/debian buster-updates main contrib non-free

deb http://deb.debian.org/debian-security buster/updates main contrib non-free

deb-src http://deb.debian.org/debian-security buster/updates main contrib non-free

It looks like your network is blocking my file server "repos.rcn-ee.net"...

The file is available..

http://repos.rcn-ee.net/debian/pool/main/l/linux-upstream/linux-headers-3.8.13-bone86_1buster_armhf.deb

The file server is hosted on linode at their Dallas TX location..
