Connecting USB Wi-Fi adapter on Beagleboard-xM

Hi,

I am working on Beagle-xM and wish to connect USB Wi-Fi dongle with
it.
I have tried connecting a Netgear N150 Wireless USB adapter WNA1100
with BBXM
but it is not detected as a USB device (ls /dev),
and there is no log at terminal when I connect and disconnect the
device (dmesg).

I am using kernel version 2.6.38.3-x2 and installed Ubuntu 10.10 on
BBXM.

Has anyone tried connecting a wi-fi dongle on BBXM? Please help.

According to our friends at google search, that currently specific
device has problems with the current ubuntu to..

Can you provide (use pastebin.com) dmesg, lsusb, etc.

Give, the latest kernel a shot, incase drivers for this was just added:
