Couldn't Get Any **start.htm** File after Connecting to Laptop

After I connected BeagleBone AI-64 to my laptop with USB, I got the USB storage drive, but I didn’t get any start.htm file. How can I get it (I’ve windows as operating system on my laptop, not Linux)?
