It is a POP MCP with NAND and mDDR SDRAM. Those numbers are likely Micron’s shorthand on exactly which modules it contains.
BB manual does not have this information. I would either contact Micron or try to see if it is an ONFI capable chip. In that case you can read the chip type and timing information from the silicon.

Did you check the Bill of Material?
It is a Micron MT29C2G48MAKLCJI-6 IT which is a combination NAND plus DDR. You can get the datasheet from Micron
