debian: sgx: v3.14.x

Thanks to Darren at TI, we now have v3.14.x working with SGX.

Just pushed out a build..

So shortly you can use:

sudo ./update_kernel.sh --kernel v3.14.15-bone6

or

sudo apt-get update ; sudo apt-get install linux-image-3.14.15-bone6

or just build it directly from the am33x-v3.14 branch of bb-kernel

Thanks john...

so in other words using sgx vs not using it means faster rendering and
fancier graphics and now that can be done on the beagle running the
3.14 branch.

Eric

Make that "am33x-v3.15" branch or: v3.15.8-bone6 too..

Correct. That means 3D graphics and shading. Frees up your cpu for other
work.
