DF13 6 pin and 4 pin changing to JST SH 6 Pin

Hi,

im not sure if im on the right way, i have GPS M8N with DF13 6 and 4 pin wiring for Pixhawk, can i replace wiring and use JST SH 6 pin.
i have attached photo of connectors.
