I don’t really care what they say. We know they have received it. Remember what I said earlier. It takes a while to get this through their system. They are very careful here. One mistake and they could be out of business when the government shuts them down. So, cut them a little slack here. The two key program people are both out until the 15th. We have been on the phone with them several times today. Their response is that they are “reviewing” the information we sent them last week. I have no estimated time as to when this will be resolved. I do not run DigiKey. They are a large company. Just give them a few days to get this information to all the people inside their company. It is not personal.
Hmmm, I ordered Beagleboard-xM and Power Supply on Digikey website
(now there is no any restrictions) but after successful confirmation
of order I received invoice and shipment information for Power Supply
only. They just silently removed Beagle from my order and decided to
sell me Power Supply only! These guys from Digikey are really
cool...
P.S. Probably, if I try to order just Beagleboard-xM they will send me
an empty parcel (with $30 for delivery of course).
Special Computing got my xM over to me in the UK pretty sharpish. Duty
and UPS mailing were ouch as expected, but no questions asked over the
import. Now there's a backlog this may take longer though...

Just FYI:
We ordered a board a few weeks ago, then got a reply from Digikey on September 8th explaining the situation and asking if we'd like to cancel the order. We decided to wait.
To my surprise the board arrived today (I'm in Germany), the issue seems to be resolved.
