Failure rate / MTBF of Beaglebone Black Industrial

Hello,

I would like to know the Failure rate / MTBF of Beaglebone Black Industrial.

I read forum and thread, I found that MTBF of normal BBB was not calculated.
How about BBB Industrial?

I know BBB industrial using industrial temperature grade Sitara AM3358, is it also using industrial grade parts in power /
peripheral circuits?
